Our selected locations offer a more natural and relaxed environment, encouraging positive interactions between children and their parents. Key Policies for Visitation Locations

Parental Responsibility: Parents are responsible for all costs associated with the visitation, including entry fees and meals. At sit down restaurants the parent will be required to provide a small soup or salad for the supervisor as is customary when occupying a table.
Fixed Locations: Once a supervised visitation session begins, the location is fixed, and no changes or transportation to other locations will occur.
Pre-Approved Sites Only: All locations are public and pre-approved by Out and About Placement to ensure they meet our standards for a conducive visitation environment.

Choosing a Location

When selecting a location, please consider the activities available and the interests of your children to ensure a fulfilling and interactive visitation. The parent being supervised will be responsible for proposing the location and activities, which will be confirmed by Out and About Placement to ensure compliance with our standards and policies.

Our Commitment

We do not provide security or guarantee safety, nor do we act as childcare providers or mediators. Our role is to observe, document, and report, ensuring that all visitations are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism and respect for all parties involved.

Extended Area Location Request and Scheduling Policy

Burlington, Gurnee, Lake Geneva, Twin Lakes, Wind Lakes, Tichigan,

Waterford

*An additional $10.00 per visitation hour will be added to the visitation due

to increased travel time.

To streamline the scheduling of appointments or services in specific areas outside of the central Kenosha/Racine limits but still within

the county, such as Burlington, Twin Lakes, etc. we ask that any family looking to utilize this area for a visitation must let us know at

the time of requesting the visit. This policy aims to clarify the process for clients wishing to request these locations, ensuring they

receive the accurate schedules of supervisors or service providers available in their preferred area. Additionally, this includes areas

outside of the Kenosha/Racine counties such as Lake Geneva and Gurnee IL.

To access services in areas outside of the immediate Kenosha/Racine limits, clients are required to explicitly indicate their

preference for a specific location at the time of their request. This allows us to provide accurate and timely scheduling information

for the supervisors or service providers in the requested area.

Location Preference Indication: Clients seeking appointments, meetings, or services in specific areas outside the Kenosha/Racine

limits must indicate their preferred location during the request process. This includes specifying the area by name and or activity, such

as Burlington, Gurnee, Twin Lakes, Lake Geneva, etc.

Request Processing: Upon receiving a location preference, our staff will acknowledge the request and coordinate with the appropriate

personnel in the specified area to ascertain their availability.

Schedule Provision: Clients will receive a list of available dates and times for the supervisor or service provider in their chosen

location, based on availability.

Appointment Confirmation: Clients are requested to confirm their selected time and date from the provided options within 24 hours.

Availability and Limitations: Availability in requested areas outside of the Kenosha/Racine limits may vary due to the demand and

the specific schedules of supervisors or service providers. Clients will be promptly informed of any limitations or suggested

alternatives.
